- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪To fast seemed as in and out were all that mattered we went to this pine city address its wrong he is located on cedar st in Southport we called they still shorted our medical visit said we were 20 may min in to a half hr visit we were on time and called this was not at our fault the address should be up to date if the doctor relocates. Sense we notified them it would have been common sense to put a different patient in our spot we had paperwork to complete ..which in all honesty was 3 pages 1 sided very quick and easy..basically his signature it took reception longer to process that he was there than anything else.. (Not that the receptionist was rude she was not at all her job just took the longest) !! NOT BEING ABLE TO AFFORD TOP HEALTH INSURANCE SHOULDNT MEAN WERE NOT IMPORTANT OR THAT THE PHYSICIAN HIMSELF CAN SAY TO YOU YOUR 20 MIN INTO A 30 MIN ALLOWED VISIT VERY RUDE !! IT GOES ON we told him things My fiance needed to have checked very important ( NOT THAT EVERYTHING ISN'T ) but this NEEDED TO BE FIRST PRIORITY Dr.Gustafson GLANCED EVER QUICKLY said he needed a specialist OK understandable.. Let's do other stuff first,don't just put all on hold for 1issue,VERY IMPORTANT ISSUE BUT NOT DEADLY ... MAJOR PROBLEM WE brought home our paperwork and the ISSUE WAS NOT EVEN LISTED UNDER any area. Not PROBLEMS NOT DIAGNOSIS.. nothing being done yet it should have been under problems at the very least !! We're all in a rush at times okay but NEVER SHOULD ANYONE BE FORCED TO 10 MINUTES FOR HEALTH CARE.. EVER EVER !! Over the years I have been asked to reschedule for MY CHILDREN..little ones after calling still to be put away until another time being told..THEY UNDERSTAND BUT I HAVE TO BE ON TIME !! Exactly very unprofessional and very HEARTLESS !! Especially for A First time visit or initial as the doctor call it. Point made if Dr. Gustafson works for your family good for you..me I recommend you find other this doctors plate is full !!!!October 06, 2017by Justin Edwards
